Ascend GTM Ops — Docs

This is the scaffold landing page for the Ascend GTM Ops Astro Starlight site (per ADR-063).

PR-B Phase 1 wires the directory tree and content-collection schema. PR-C ports actual content from docs/architecture/, docs/composio/, and docs/requirements/ into Starlight pages. PR-E flips DNS at docs.ascendgtm.net from Mintlify to this build.

Until then, the canonical reading order remains:

1. Repo-root AGENTS.md
2. Tool-specific override (.claude/CLAUDE.md, .cursor/rules, etc.)
3. HANDOVER.md Quick State YAML
4. docs/composio/toolkit-registry.md
